Conveniently positioned in the centre of town, 7 Royal Crescent is walking distance from local attractions including: The Cheltenham Racecourse, Everyman Theatre and the Grade II listed Sandford Parks Lido, the ornamental Pittville Park and the Holst Victorian House, birthplace of the composer and open for viewings.

This central location is known as -the Montpelier distinct- and boasts out-of-this-world English Heritage buildings and structures.  Step out to enjoy unique splendour in a town alive with shops, attractions and places to eat and drink.

The accommodation

Typical in Regency style, many of the rooms are tall and spacious with floor to ceiling windows.  The property is south facing, allowing natural light to the communal dining, kitchen and sitting rooms.  Generous seating areas for entertaining or relaxing are available to all guests, and the property lends itself to whole house bookings.

The building

7 Royal Crescent is a tall, Regency building filled with period décor.  The building is furnished with antique and reproduction furniture throughout which complement the original historic features.  Up to date bathrooms, kitchen and flooring enables this historic building to be enjoyed with the comfort of modern living.

About the rooms

Bedrooms to the rear are generally quiet, while those at the front overlook aspects of the town centre.

Currently, there are 5 bedrooms available: Two single bedrooms, and three double bedrooms.   

The double bedrooms arranged as twins.  However, single beds are linked together to create a king-sized double.  An additional mattress is added to cover the central seam.

The whole property is available to let for events and parties.

Each bedroom has fresh linen, a hospitality tray, with kettle, a selection of hot beverages and mini toiletries.

The single rooms are an ideal crash pad for business trip or other short stay purposes.

WIFI

A direct “Fibre to cabinet” broadband offers strong and reliable Wifi connection in all areas of the building.

Cheltenham

Cheltenham is a market town in the west England between Birmingham and Bristol. It is well known for its regency buildings and its a thriving, popular market town.

The town in on the western edge of the famous Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within half an hour of Cirencester and Oxford.

A train service from Cheltenham Spa to London Paddington takes about two hours.
